Organize special events in the restuarant, including receptions, promotions and corporate launches.

Skillfully promote items on beverage lists and weekly restaurant specials.

Display Enthusiasm and knowledge about the resyaurant’s menu and products.

Maintain appropriate filing of personal and professional documentation.

Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service.

Supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of meeting/banquet set-ups and service.

Consistent check of Banquet Food and Beverage quality, Banquet services and Plate presentation.
