الوصف الوظيفي
1. Plans and designs the work schedule (site supervision and site handover) in order to meet target dates.
2. Surveys and prepares the corresponding BOQ for collocation/upgrade sites.
3. Directs the sub-contractors and coordinates all their electrical/telecom installation activities on his/her sites.
4. Coordinates with the Client’s Site Representative(s) to ensure an efficient roll-out of the sites’ work.
5. Coordinates efforts with all sections of the company (Logistics & Procurement, Quality Control, HR & Administration and Accounts) as per i engineering’s internal procedures.
6. Ensures that all electrical & telecom works being executed under his/her supervision conform with the client’s specifications, the BOQ and the approved drawings.
7. Ensures that all electrical & telecom tools and equipment are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications.
8. Reports all progress and troubleshooting at sites on daily basis to the Project Supervisor using i engineering’s reporting formats (Daily Report).
9. Takes initiative to perform workmanships on his/her assigned sites.
10. Completes and signs all internal Handover documents (Quality Control Checklist) with sub-contractors.
11. Performs all necessary tests and readings (Earthing resistance, VSWR/BTF and BER) to ensure that all installations have been done according to the required specifications.
12. Completes and signs all client’s Acceptance documents at the sites.13. Hands over completed sites to the Client.
OH&S;/QMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures the implementation of OH&S;/QMS requirements on all assigned cell sites.
2. Fills all related OH&S;/QMS documents on sites.
3. Conducts site safety induction by explaining to subcontractors their responsibilities in terms of OH&S;requirements of i engineering and clients.
4. Ensures that adequate PPE is used by both i eng and Subcontractor team.
5. Ensures that safe work procedures are being adhered to.
6. Investigates and fills the incident investigation report and shares it with the OH&S;representative.
7. Ensures emergency drills are conducted on sites.
8. Deals directly with the client’s representative on all OH&S;matters on sites.9. Reports on any hazard, incident, and accident to the direct supervisor of all assigned sites.
المهارات
Experience in Telecom Infrastructure is a must.
