•Drive Corporate opportunities, deals and transactions.
•Assist with pricing and configuration of client requirements based on market condition
•Coordination of support from Contact Center management team
•Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
•Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for Contact Center solutions.
•Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives.
•Use various forms of marketing (Cold Calling, Networking, etc.)
•Methodical and strategic approach to sales and business development
•Properly plans and executes sales calls
•Builds proposals tailored specifically around the prospect’s needs / pain
•Achieve and exceed new business quota assignments
•Create a Business plan to generate new clients and expand on current clients to contribute to SAED over growth and profitability
•Cross-sells services, including alternative staffing solutions
•Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives
•Reports to sales and operations management regularly concerning status of efforts.
•Cooperates with and engages support of Commercial Unit to assure business is served successfully.
•Provide partners and clients with the highest standards of customer service through the sales cycle ( Top-up , Expansion , New LOB )
المهارات
•7+ years of experience in selling Business Process Outsourcing services with a focus on Contact Center outsourcing.
•A solid track record of sales quota achievement.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Candidates must have previous business development experience and hands-on experience in a call center environment preferably with a top customer service outsourcing firm.
•Self-driven with good attention to detail and excellent follow through.
•Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to think on your feet with partners and executives.
•Excellent time management, communication and organization skills.
•Commitment to integrity, excellence and accountability.
•Experience collaborating with and successfully recommending solutions to the C-Suite
•Documented track record of consistent sales success
•B2B experience with wide network of connection within BPO industry
