- Create and conduct Product & Service events covering Innovation stories across all categories
- Manage assigned retail accounts and partner with the broader training and development, Retail and Brand teams to consistently create energy, brand passion and elevated service levels within top doors
- Support Brand as defined within KSA WP
- Work with the Training Manager and Retail function to identify opportunities to deliver marketplace grassroots events and activities in order to connect with the consumer
- Complete and deliver reports as assigned; communicate opportunities; track relevant KPI’s
- Create and maintain a day calendar of events, activities, goals and objectives - Support programs that will maximize and scale Training impact at strategic retail partners through the message that are meaningful
