job description :-
Conduct Hands-On, Implement and Provide proactive preventive & predictive maintenance for all Electrical Control equipments & systems in accordance with manufacturers’ requirements
Troubleshoot, Repair, Test & Maintain Electrical Controls equipment & systems to evaluate performance according to functional capabilities of parts, assemblies or systems & record results.
Inspect, Assemble, Install, Modify Electrical Controls equipments and systems according to engineering principles and data.
Prepare & Observe compliance with the Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Plan. Perform electrical & controls calculations related to systems & equipments
Familiarisation with VSDs, PLCs, Soft Starters & Inverter Drives and other Controls. Perform Corrective Maintenance for Electrical Controls equipments & systems in the factory
Analyze & prepare system details such as schematics, calculations, layout drawings, cable schedules, schematic diagrams and connections details.
Prepare & Analyze technical specifications & BOQ for electrical & controls to perform required installation and maintenance
Perform comprehensive surveys of electrical & controls systems and equipment, observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy
Supervise & Monitor execution of electrical control works & projects for timely completion.
Any and all Main Tasks, Tasks & SubTasks as detailed in the Department QMS
