1- Application Engineer / Trainer
Responsibilities
•Support sales team providing pre-sales demonstrations, product demo, and installation for prospective customers.
•Developing technical documentation.
•Conduct training to Customers in classroom.
•Conduct training to sales team, staff as well as to Customers.
•Providing customers with phone, email and technical support.
•You will report to sales Manager.
2- Pre Sales Technical Consultant
Responsibilities
•Providing technical advice and support to sales opportunities and engaging with technical contacts in customer and reseller partner organizations, to ensure the consultation service provided by company is positioned correctly, understood and any technical objections are overcome. This will include presentations to senior contacts and writing formal RFP response documents. The role will involve close working with channel teams, sales colleagues and input into the qualification and sales strategies in partnership with sales.
•Design compelling solution-based value propositions – identify the customer’s challenges and needs and provide a solution to meet those needs.
•Provide strategic direction and management of our company’s marketing efforts to promote and grow the use of GIS in the middle east markets
•Proactively provide input on potential opportunities, account strategies and the most appropriate solutions for client and prospects.
•Secure input from Professional Services to ensure the proposed solution approach can be successfully implemented.
•Challenge client requirements to influence client thinking on the future application of GIS technology to support our Insight-Led approach to working with our clients and prospects.
•Build and deliver product presentations to prove our company’s ability to meet prospective customer’s business challenges.
•Post Sales and General Technical support will involve working with more complex existing customer environments, overseeing the implementation and integration of any solution resulted by result of consultation service provided by company from a project management perspective, maximizing feature utilization by client and analysis, troubleshooting, and engaging with Service Delivery and the Customer Experience teams to help achieve these goals.
•Provide product expertise, solution recommendations and support throughout the sales cycle.
•Collaborate with the sales team on a day to day basis to qualify, prioritize, schedule, resource and plan activities required to meet outcomes.
•Understand the sales cycle and the consultant’s role in the process and be prepared to challenge the Account Manager as to what is the appropriate approach.
•Contribute a shared collection of demos and presentations to increase the productivity and responsiveness of sales activity.
•Due to the flexible nature of our company the role could involve other technical aspects such as assisting other sales teams and colleagues, working on internal projects and developments as well as working with technology alliance partners.
•Identify the need for specialist skills or additional support and work with your Professional Services Manager to negotiate access to appropriate resources.
3- Project Manager
Responsibilities
•Work with clients to understand overall business activities, workflows, and customer needs
•Define and maintain the project scope, cost, and schedule for multiple contracts
•Oversee activities of multiple projects and proposals simultaneously, including oversight of project teams
•Drive project teams to deliver beautiful, responsive GIS applications
•Clearly communicate business efforts among project teams during all phases of solution development including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, test, and deployment
•Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, goals, timetables, and quality assurance plans that meet project objectives
•Compile technical documentation for acceptance.
•Organize preparation of project proposals including solution overview, scope of work, and schedule
•Lead project teams during requirements, analysis, design, build, and rollout
•Create and manage the scope, schedule, and deliverables through the application of planning, tracking, quality assurance, change control, and risk management
•Promote the professional development of assigned staff
•Negotiate and resolve technical alternatives with project team members
•Maintain awareness and appropriate utilization of the latest technology trends
•Collaborate with other project managers throughout the company regarding their responsibilities including regular communication about shared opportunities or possible shared risks
3- Senior GIS Developer
Duties and Responsibilities
•Work closely with analysts to ensure the solutions developed meets the clients requirements.
•Produce technical designs for client spatial solutions.
•Develop and implement customized client solutions.
•Compile technical documentation for acceptance.
•Ensure that recognized GIS and software development technical standards are followed on all developments.
•Liaise with the IT function to ensure the infrastructure will support the developed solution.
•Act as a point of contact for the GIS/Spatial technical issues.
•Keep abreast of technical developments in the Spatial Market place.
•Willing to be based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and travel as required to other cities in the Kingdom.
4- System Analyst
Responsibilities
•Reviews computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
•Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required.
•Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail operations to be performed by equipment and computer programs and operations to be performed by personnel in systems.
•Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs.
•Plans and prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.
•Upgrades system and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation.
•Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
•Interact with internal users and customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents.
•Write technical requirements from a critical phase.
•Help programmers during system development, ex: Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
