Key Tasks and Duties:
1- Supervises technical inspections and assessment to develop, plan and execute works across the site.
2- Prepare detailed calculations, analyses and scalable plans to report and /or manage civil related works across the site.
3- Competent to analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical data to plan projects and provide related information to AWPR teams
4- Prepare comprehensive work plans to include but not limited to Working drawings, RFP of quantities, Cost Estimates, Primavera/Microsoft Project Plans, RFP- Scope of Services etc.
5- Schedule and coordinate construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
6- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and or safety standards and any other AWPR requirements.
7- Competent to analyze Technical reports including, soil, concrete, vibration, calibration, and related testing and commissioning activities carried out across the Site.
8- Provide supervision to all general laborers and outsourced service provider staff assigned to each task.
9- Review and approve all installation and maintenance/work records detailing all activities carried out site to include but not limited to drawings, O&Ms;, Reports, Task sheets, Completion certificates, Accident and Incident Reports etc.
10- Manages and reports on the Civil and related cost data for sites across the designated areas including maintenance, and utility consumption, service contract costs, compliance costs etc. against established benchmarks.
11- Prepare and complete performance appraisals of all service provider services to meet AWPR core business needs.
12- Ensure AWPR environment and sustainability objectives are met within the designated areas through the delivery and management of facilities management services.
13- Ensure organizational QA/QC and health and safety procedures are followed site wide and for each project.
Skills
BSc. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in Civil engineering with a minimum of 2 years in site related works.
Experienced in the Building and Civil Construction and supervision, technical, financial and schedule elements of delivering projects from conception to delivery and maintenance.
Ability, read, interprets and prepares and modifies building and site plans.
Integrate and apply CAFM systems in day to day activities.
General knowledge of the development processes within the Built Environment.
Must be familiar with the general operation and inter linkages of building, building services and infrastructure
Ability to prepare sketches and drawings
Proficiency in reading and interpreting building drawings and technical reports
Ability to read and interpret associated testing equipment
Ability to function effectively as part of a wider multi disciplinary team.
Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
