Education: Mechanical Engineering Degree · Develops and manages the successful execution of the agreed annual Trucks sales budget and ensures adherence to budget limitations · Continually reviews markets conditions and competitor activity to identify, report and act on threats to and opportunities for the company · Manages the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional activities that enhance the corporate image of AAA and maximize new Products sales enquiries · Ensures proper selection, development and performance evaluation of sales staff · Prepares periodic reports to management and suppliers Qualifications · Minimum 8 Years Experience in (Busses and Truck) field, 3 years at least in managerial position · High level of negation skills · High level of leadership team building skills, decision making and problem solving · High level of negation skills · High level of leadership team building skills, decision making and problem solving · 35 – 45 Years · Driving License is must |
