- Communicates effectively with the project team, subcontractors, customers and clients and with and the company’s top management
- Develops staff team work and accountability, as well as a positive work environment
- Provides work direction to program staff and controls all aspects of operations
- Identifies potential problems and can solicit suggestions to improve project performance, keeping customer satisfaction.
- Has several years of experiences in Project Management and solid education preferably in related field of Transportation and Equipment, including a Masters Degree.
- Responsible for the quality control and testing of projects so that the project meets a high standard and the client specs
- Responsible in overseeing the workforce, site welfare and health and safety
- Capable of managing the resources of large projects as well as making sure a project is completed within a certain set of restraints.
