Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides first-line support (for Head Office/Branch/Field systems), including software/hardware.
• Respond to user error messages and requests.
• Perform server system backup of files, libraries, and objects.
• Maintain network, user, and file security.
• Identify, diagnose and find effective solutions to problems related to computer hardware and software.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers, switches, hubs and SDSL devices.
• Provide general support using copying machines, mail, fax machines, telephone, and various other office equipment related to the IT department.
• Is responsible for identifying change requirements with Distributor IT Manager.

• Supports system security as “Security Contact” at distributor.
