Job description

• Deliver the company vision and its mission and objectives to all employees in production dept. and to ensure they are understood the same.
• Establish and execute manufacturing strategies and plans for the company existing facilities to produce products that meet or exceed quality and cost targets.
• Establish and execute manufacturing strategies and plans for the company planned acquisitions and integration with other manufacturing divisions in the different regions.
• Set production master plan according to the customer promise dates/sales department forecasting.
• Ensure all production department personnel are suitably trained / qualified to do their required jobs.
• Maintaining the production parameters as per standards.
• Manage and resolve all issues transpiring from the shop floor / equipment failure with the department maintenance crew / maintenance manager.
• Implement and follow the Quality Management System/ HACCP.
• Establish production targets and objectives, and ensure department supervisors & Operators work to achieve them.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, liaising with the Raw Material Store and Procurement Department.
• Monitor and minimize the production expenses.
• Analyze defect reasons for non-conforming products with the QC Department and develop action plan to eliminate reoccurrence.
• Solve all problems related to productivity, efficiency, utilization and capability of production lines.
• Coordinate with administration affairs and managers of supporting departments of manufacturing division to arrange cooperation between them which safeguard the best workflow.
• Ensure all required operations are duly completed.
• Approve all production quality records and documents.
• Ensure all related records/documents are under control and suitably protected from damage or loss. 
• Protect company confidential & proprietary information & records.
• Maintain adequate safety, Hygiene, security and housekeeping standards throughout the process

Required skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Managerial Skills
• Computer Skills,
• 7 Years Experience in production line and last 2 years in the same field.
