Job description
• You will have a proven safety & process safety management history with continuous manufacturing plant developments on a larger scale – preferably with an FMCG business and experience; preferably in food, dairy, beverage, light chemicals or similar manufacturing industry
• You will have worked on capital plant & new projects responsible for
• personal & process safety .
• You will have proven skills in all personal safety, process safety planning, fire fighting management, electrical safety management, people training and raising their awareness , team development, budgetary control and performance reporting. A mechanical or electrical engineering background is essential to ensure this safety guidelines come in under time and under budget and also without incidents.
• Capability to undertake specific development programs of employees for improving production and expanding capacity and updating the people attitudes up to safety standards. .
• Strong attention to detail. Good assessor of risks especially the hidden one..
• Ability to produce periodic management reports that are clear and concise is also an essential requirement.
• Ability to assess different situations, tasks and to suggest the proper solutions as per the related standard.
• Ability to make the hazard analysis and to organize the safe practices accordingly.
• Ability to priories his work properly.
• Ability to apply the new standards and to rollout it to the company people and to his subordinates.
Required skills
• Candidate would have degree in engineering specialized in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Strong PC skills ( mandatory) AutoCAD (Optional but preferable).
• At least five years experience in a similar position.
• Ability to produce excellent results under high pressure situations.
• Fluent in English. (Reading, Writing & speaking)
• Age below 35 years.
• Team leader, with excellent communication and people’s skills, and ability to work in diversity environment and multi-cultured work environment
• Excellent leadership qualities
• Proactive, willing to teach and learn
