شركة سعودية كبري ترغب في تعيين مشرف صيانه حسب المتطلبات التاليه :
لديه دبلوم او بكالوريوس في الهندسه الكهروميكانيكيه للمصانع (Mechanical Power Engineering )
وحسب الوصف الوظيفي التالي :

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objective:
To troubleshoot during breakdown, commissioning of new systems ,and wiring as per drawings, preventive maintenance schedules. To help in improving the quality by supporting production.

Reporting to:  Production Manager

Who is reporting to him:  Instrumentation and Control Engr, Utilities tech, Elecro-Mech tech, Electrician, Carpenter, Helper

Job Relation: Maintenance department/Production Department

Job Summary - Main tasks: (Please refer to Document no. If applied)
1.  Command on design of Electrical networks, Pneumatic drawings, PLC ‘Signals.
2.  Hands on experience on process control systems.
3.  Troubleshoot Electrical & Pneumatic systems, CC TV, Fire alarm system.
4.  Implement preventive & corrective maintenance procedures.
5.  PLC maintenance, troubleshooting using PG. Calibration of LWF feeders, weighing systems.
6.  Designing Industrial drawings using AUTOCAD etc.
7.  Commissioning of HMI, automation systems using PLC’s, Drives.
8.  Troubleshoot/ modify Building management system.
9.  To work / troubleshoot HVAC , Extruders, Compressors , BMS.
10.  Preparation of Routine work assignment and monitor the work. 
11.  Prepare Weekly Maintenance work schedule based on preventive maintenance.
12.  Co-ordinate and supervise civil job-work or commissioning and monitor the progress and quality of workmanship

Job Requirements Technical  Non Technical

Minimum Requirements:

Required Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Engg (B.E.) Electrical Engineering. Post graduate in Maint Mgmt./DAE 3 years course with 10 years experience.
Required Years of total Experience: 6 years in Plastic/Industrial manufacturing environment.
Required years of experience for the Specific Job: 4 years in DCS like AZO, Reimelt system .

Computer skills: •General •MS Application (Word – Excel – Outlook – Project)
•Other programs •Hardware Maintenance •Software programming

Supervision Skills: 75%
Other Qualifications and Skills:
1.  Good speaking and writing skills of English language.
2.  Hands on experience Siemens Win CC, S5, S7-400 programming.
3.  HVAC
4.  AutoCAD.
