The Fleet Manager will be responsible for Pure Breed poultry Company transport strategy and ensure it meets the needs of the business, deliver the best quality day old chicks to the customers and this objective is achieved through a focus on best practice, sustainable cost-effective approaches, and safety leadership. The role is also responsible for the operational management of drivers team, vehicle fleet, Day old chicks trucks, feed bulkers, Egg transfer trucks and all other utilities vehicles used by the business , employee transportation requirements to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Oversight and monitoring of transport and fleet operations for compliance with KSA law and regulations and policy, to ensure the fleet is safe to drive, regularly serviced, repaired, maintained, and fit for business purposes.

· Provide regular analysis, review and reporting as required.

· Responsible for developing and implementing a transport strategy for our business to maintain optimal fleet numbers, types, number of drivers and value for money that meets on-going business needs across the region.

· Develop, implement and manage fleet and transport policies, processes, and plans which deliver commercially sound, financially sustainable programs that align to best practice, and enable effective safe and efficient operations.

· Manage and maintain an up-to-date transport management database, vehicles documentation and to design schedule for renew & updates before deadline ,such as Vehicles Registration (Istimara), Reighbridge Card (License of Road Freight Transport) for each truck and tied it with TRANSPORT GENERAL AUTHORITY , MVPI, and Tafweedh.

· Manage and monitor fleet pricing, specifications, spare parts stock and total cost of ownership for effective and efficient fleet performance.

· Understanding of transport supplier markets, supporting technology and wider capability to support our business effective fleet management needs, including fleet management programs, maintenance, accident management, and fuel management.

· Implement and enforce transportation scheduling and policy changes for all drivers.

· Responsible for all aspects of operation for a full-fledged vehicle maintenance workshop and one satellite equipment repair shop

· Develop and implement training modules for vehicles, drivers’ safety and equipment use and care.

· Monitor drivers on road behaviors through the chick’s technology and GPS system.

· Create vehicle purchase specification, replacement strategy and purchase vehicles for all company departments.

· Direct supervision for drivers’ team, hiring and evaluating the work of employees as a first-line supervisor.

· Liaise with maintenance manager to develop regular repairing and checking schedules for all vehicles in the business.

المهارات
Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Able to work under pressure
Strong coaching, developing and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent level of English
