We are a café series and looking for branches manager
Achieve monthly sales target for the whole branches.
Achieve monthly quality of service score for the whole branches.
Make sure that the branches open and close on time, and all staff are committed working hours.
Apply company polices, processes and procedures, and make sure that all staff are following them.
Set a schedule to work 2-3 hours on daily bases in a branch and cover all branches.
Help any branch if there is a staff shortage or high traffic.
Make sure that all products are available and served correctly.
Make sure that all customers are satisfied and solve any problem if happend
Make spot inventory count and cash count
Send daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales, quality, inventory counts, any other notes
Cooperate with warehouse for ordering
Handle any other task from your direct manager
Inspire and motivate team to achieve sales and quality of service
Discuss monthly results one to one for the whole team
المهارات
2-4 years experience in the same field
Good communication skills Arabic and English
Have driving lesson
Good Leadership skills
Self motivated and sales-driven
Ability to travel inside kingdom anytime
