Seasons, a leading childcare and preschool company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Center Director to promote and uphold the ethos of Seasons, combining local values with the highest international standards to provide high-quality learning experiences and a family-feel care for children. The Childcare Center Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, establishing and sustaining a positive learning and work environment for children and the team, coordinating a large and diverse team, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Additionally, the Childcare Center Director will design and spearhead initiatives to promote the center to potential clients, communicate and meet with parents regarding their children, the policies, and ethos of Seasons, and represent Seasons in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome families to the center and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Handle all phone calls, emails, and inquiries from families.
- Conduct scheduled tours to introduce families to the teaching staff, classrooms, and other facilities.
- Provide families with comprehensive information about the Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy and the ethos of Seasons.
- Manage and support all team members, promoting their professional development.
- Facilitate the implementation of a developed marketing and communications plan, as well as automating center procedures.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria and legal requirements.
- Utilize appropriate and effective techniques to encourage community and parent involvement as part of the curriculum.
- Activate all communication platform features and keep up to date with new initiatives and updates from developers.
- Oversee the team’s communication with parents through the platform, ensuring quality and professionalism.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing all aspects of a childcare center.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to cooperate with and effectively manage a diverse population of children, families, and staff.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
