Basic Requirement:
More than 10+ year’s CW/MEP facility delivery experience.More than 5+ year’s CW/MEP Field Management experience.With 2000+ square meters data center experience.Good experience to guide subcontractor implementation and sprint on site to match master plan.Good experience to manage subcontractor progress, quality and safety on site.Good communication with Consultant & client on site.Good experience in Change management on site.Understand and achieve UPTIME TCCF requirements.
Job Description:
Fulfill the site management and with ability to fix the main subcontractor schedule along with schedule.The onsite delivery owner who shall be responsible for entire project implementation in site, such as process and progress in master plan order, quality & HSE as standard request, risks and issues closure, procedures on site and project construction organization.Responsible for Sample, Demo Standard and Process Inspection Standard confirmed and agreed with Consultant.Be Responsible for Design Proposal, Acceptance Proposal and Standard, Process Inspection Standard confirmed and agreed with client.Responsible for communication management with onsite Consultant assigned by client.Surveillance and report on client change orders to ensure they are implemented as per instructions; ensure all process is going along with each week work amount as master plan.Surveillance the site situation and the design and shop drawing, understand in deep level.Understand whole contract terms, have the foundation to negotiate with client for contract issues.
