Trouble-shoots and diagnoses any failure or problem.
Executes all preventive maintenance works for HVAC units as per assigned schedule.
Initiates a fault reports to his Foreman.
Makes the necessary overhaul and repair of HVAC units.
Fills the necessary preventive maintenance forms.
Prepares the list of spare parts needed.
Able to read catalogues and HVAC layouts.
Performs other duties as assigned by his Foreman.
Responsible for effective implementation of quality, occupational health & safety and environmental management system requirements as applicable.
المهارات
Full secondary education and hold a Technical Diploma or certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized technical institute or a college.
2 years formal training in the repair and maintenance of large central plant HVAC systems including electrical systems, controls and rotating machines and large Air Handling Units (AHUs).
5 years practical post qualification working experience in HVAC maintenance and repair at a large institutional, residential or office complex.
Must be able to communicate and write English.
