Operates computer data entry terminal & related peripheral equipment.
Responsible for all data processing, records & files and maintains data protection measures.
Develops directories for computer systems and other necessary routines, including formatting, compiling, merging, sorting of texts, graphics, etc.
Generates required outputs and ensures correctness & completeness of the printed forms.
Types, prints & records all memos & correspondences made by his designated section head.
Prepares and arranges all clerical documents necessary to carry out the designated HR activities.
Maintains necessary HR documents & files.
Responsible for effective implementation of quality, occupational health & safety and environmental management system requirements as applicable.
Any tasks within his field assigned to him by the authorized person.
