الوصف الوظيفي · Responsibility for recording and highlighting Sustainability and Environmental issues within the projects and all subcontract team. - performance management of the contractors and reporting to Operations and Utilities Manager. · Development of strategic plan, and ensure operational environmental performance meets the objectives of the plan. · Maintaining high level operational relationships with supply partners. · Management of subcontract staff. - Provide strong leadership to contract and help to motivate the site-based teams through communication of company values and objectives. - Effective delegation of responsibilities throughout organization. - Responsible for training/development of employees. · Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental policies are in place and being complied with across the contract. · Ensuring best practices are established, documented, and followed for all positions.
