Develop/maintain effective client relationships and principal point of contact with clients & projects in respect of operational issues across the contract and building good working relationships.
Overall responsibility for ICT services and budgets.
Overall responsibility for the performance and development of the contract and for ensuring that contractors are tasked with delivering to agreed financial and other performance targets.
performance management of the contractors and reporting to Operations and Utilities Manager.
Develop of strategic plan, and ensure operational performance meets the objectives of the plan.
Maintaining high level operational relationships with supply partners.
Management of subcontract staff.
Provide strong leadership to contract and help to motivate the site-based teams through communication of company values and objectives.
Effective delegation of responsibilities throughout organization.
Responsible for training/development of employees.
Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental policies are in place and being complied with across the contract.
Ensuring best practices are established, documented, and followed for all positions.
Responsible for identifying and securing business growth within the contract.
