Attends Pre-bid meetings (Job-Ex) and makes Site visits for all projects.
Studies and analyses tenders from all clients and contracts .
Has the knowledge and ability to discuss with Clients all technical issues.
Consults internally and follows up on any technical / commercial issue.
Is knowledgeable to prepare Technical File for ARAMCO and any other company.
Estimates Tenders – BOQ analysis – reviews and clarifies specifications, drawings and design.
Assists in reviewing the contract documents prior to tendering.
Evaluates quotations and prepares break down for all costs in a clear and easy to revise way.
Prepares cost estimation for the tenders.
Works closely with all team members, co-operates with other Estimators and reports to Estimation Manager.
Assists the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.
Maintains a repository of all contract documentation.
Maintains contract database and order tracking system for all contracts executed.
Reviews and updates standard contract templates while identifying terms and clauses in agreements that represent compliance risks.
Evaluates and reviews contracts on continuing basis to ensure financial and functional requirements are met.
Can handle software, websites (Itimad) or other sources for generating new contracts.
Makes every effort to improve costing procedure and improve operations.
Maintains great relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Adheres to hierarchy and authority matrix.
Adopts a proactive attitude with the Clients, Customers, Team Members, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensures compliance with current legislation.

Fluent English
Arabic is desirable
Strong communication skills required to communicate with other departments, employees, suppliers and contractors.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to manage complex projects
Ability to work and enhance teamwork environment
