Role Interview:
Interact with the business team, understand the DOS and supervise the service team to support and maintain the BUSSINESS IMPROVEMENT.
This professional is responsible to enable value for customers through services..
Key Activities:
Recognize each team member’s capability, Keep Team effectiveness, monitor progress of team members, and recommend equipment and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency, liaise with external support agencies, up-date Team knowledge and make decisions to the benefit of customers, staff and management
System updating on daily bases according to the repair process and Follow and control the WIP inside the workshop and co-ordinate with front line staffs or
reception supervisor and Advisors complete on time, keep kpi F1 .
Ensure Front Office Clearly explain to the customer the jobs done, parts consumed and cost incurred, along with satisfactory justification. Carry out customer feedpack in 72 H.
Make sure customers get personal and quick attention. Vehicles are delivered on promised time and job done explained to the customer. Thoroughly understand and deliver customer’s needs and demands. Take charge of difficult customers and handle them to their satisfaction, CSI.
Negotiate body repair estimates that ensure maximum Customer Retention and profitability with Insurance companies, fixing discount percentage .
Body shop marketing ideas implement and ensure their success.
Develop good human relations and understanding with Team. Provide job related assistance and advice from time-to-time. Ensures he is updated on policies and systems and provides on-the-job training to the staff voluntarily.
Proper planning of work, time management and meeting deadlines successfully, guaranteeing that promises made to customer are met.
Basic knowledge of accounting, cash / cheque handling etc. Negotiate effectively to Meet Company’s and Customer’s objectives, ensuring that final invoice is in line with that agreed with Customer follow up credit account for Key account customers .
Make sure all front disk offered up-sale and cross-sale for customer include additional repair to increase revenue.
Monitoring monitoring weak point for team and assign for required course to be applied
Check international last technology in body repair and upgrading system usually.
المهارات
Knowledge:
University degree/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent Body Repair Specialization.
Education:
Faculty of Engineering or equivalent Body Repair Specialization.
Certification:
University degree/Diploma.
Experience:
5 Years work experience as Estimator or Body Technician.
Job Related Skills:
Strong back ground on body repair technology.
Good communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
Good computer skills.
Good English command.
Basic knowledge of insurance polices
