Our client is one of the largest Chemical Manufacturing
companies in the region. They are now looking for a
Recruitment Operations Lead to join them in Al Jubail Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Able to support hiring for Mid – Senior such as project management, cost control, and Project engineering hiring experience.
Understand market conditions.
Understand business growth targets to support Region Recruiting Leader in developing the recruitment strategy.
Manage headcount planning for the recruiting function across the region, proactively assessing changes in recruitment need over the year; manage team size, work allocations, portfolio allocation.
Execute continuous improvement and change management projects relating to recruiting, as and when required.
Manage the C.Vs screening from Jobs posts, internal databases, or direct applications through the company’s website.
Upload the candidates’ profiles in the Internal system (SAP Success Factors) and update the candidates’ steps.
Arranging interviews with the recruitment team and managers
المهارات
Preference & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
proven work experience minimum of 4+ years in Recruitment or similar role working on Mid-Senior hiring.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle of recruitment and onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
