The Talent Acquisition Head is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify the needs of the organization and the requirements for the positions to be filled, sourcing top talent, and providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the needs of the organization and the requirements for the positions to be filled
Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners to source top talent
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including pre-employment checks, interviews, and offer letters
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs
Use data and metrics to analyze and optimize the recruitment process
Continuously develop and refine recruitment processes and strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices for attracting and retaining top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with recruitment software and tools
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that optimize the recruitment of top talent
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
