The Accommodation Director is responsible for overseeing the management of accommodation facilities, such as hotels or resorts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to guests. This involves managing staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing accommodation facilities
Manage and train staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Coordinate with other departments, such as food and beverage and entertainment, to ensure that guests have a positive experience
Develop and maintain relationships with guests and respond to their needs and concerns
Manage budgets and financial performance, including analyzing revenue and expenses and making recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction and make improvements to service quality based on feedback
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
5+ years of experience in managing accommodation facilities, such as hotels or resorts
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and best practices for managing accommodation facilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
Proven ability to manage staff and ensure high-quality service delivery to guests
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that attract and retain guests.
