الوصف الوظيفي Maintain Accurate Trail balance and GL accounts, including Schedules and supporting to the GL accounts. Review of monthly, quarterly, yearly financials of the entity, financial closings, and submission to the Corporate Finance. Work closely with all teams to improve accounting processes in support of current and new business activities including recommending changes to policies, procedures, and workflow processes that will improve upon the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting teams, the accounting organization and the business as a whole Handle Intercompany Accounts, correspondence, reconciliation etc. Summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. Liaise with internal and external auditors, handle audit and attend audit queries representing corporate finance. Participate in setting financial policies and in forecast process. Preparing financial statements and preparing monthly schedules as per closing monthly checklist Identify & spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and cost control. Coordinate, prepare and provide Budget variance analysis to ensure quality and reliability of reporting and related processes. Respond to accounting inquiries from management/corporate Finance in a timely manner. Management and coordination of the contract review process and related commitments reporting. Engage and assure tax regulations of the country is observed. Review the work of other team members, providing constructive feedback, guidance and coaching to other team members while maintaining positive relationships. Participate in annual budget preparation and its consolidation at group level. Participate in developing the management and leadership capabilities of subordinates and peers. Other duties as assigned by the Reporting Managers Related party engagement: Support while Audit of Subsidiaries is in progress. Assist needs as and when requested from subsidiaries. Manage enquiries from Chairman office or other related party offices. Proficiency in English and Arabic. Patience and ability to manage stress Comfortable working with targets Problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
