Ensure the Unified Communications portfolio remains current
Implementation of Cisco IP phones, voice gateway, call manager, cisco meeting server, video conferencing solution , SRST and CUBEE licenses configuration
Configuration of Call control and session management, Conferencing, Collaboration gateways and Unified management.
Defining the technical architecture and support the implementation of new collaboration services from technical perspective
Drive enhancement and continuously improve the collaboration services
Assure 24/7 operation and stability of service
Drive Proof of concepts to test new technologies
Support the creation of the workplace roadmap in terms of collaboration
Implementation of platform upgrades and feature expansion including capability expansion, as needed
Manage end to end voice quality by working closely with the network team to provide capacity recommendations
Working with the product team to plan major infrastructure upgrades, to troubleshoot issues and to tune the environment for optimal performance and uptime
Working with the operations team on major infrastructure upgrades, understand to troubleshoot issues and to tune the environment for optimal performance and uptime
Engineering and development initiatives, defining product strategy, technical roadmaps, and day-to-day work with a geographically dispersed team
Execute time-bound tasks and contribute to continuous improvement on video collaboration projects

CCIE Collaboration certified minimum 5 years of experience
