Responsible for the main role of safety control in Engineering & Construction project
Creates, evaluates, and administers company policies and procedures concerning HSE matters
Takes full responsibility in controlling designated area of responsibility
Conducts audit and inspection of HSE system for effective site control
Assures compliance with organization and government HSE standards
Coordination with Subcon. Safety and site workers
Creates and administers orientation program for project employees
Coordinates and responds to the site client supervision
Supervision, control & guidance over area HSE Officers
Generatesreports on a regular basis
Coordination with Subcontractor and Samsung Construction Mgmt.
Develops solution to improve site safety condition
Responsible for adopting and implementing company’s HSE program
Prepares, maintains, interprets and communicates records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring application of HSE standards
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (Those who obtained educational qualifications from any overseas universities, must obtain equivalent authentic certificate from Saudi Arabia).
Must have any Occupational Safety and Health certificate Training certificate (like IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH etc.) from authorized center
Competent knowledge in HSE
Good English in both speaking and writing
