الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for conducting day-to-day IT operations (user management, help desk, email services, system support, etc.), as well as maintaining connectivity and resolving any technical issues. Policies & Processes Implement the IT Department's policies and follow the set processes to achieve the desired objectives. Activities Conduct periodic backups using multiple methods (e.g., hard disc backups, tape backups, cloud backups, etc.). Monitor CPI’s servers, website, and related hardware and supporting software for ensuring that resources and technology are available and utilized effectively. Ensure that CPI’s systems (CCTV, ERP, etc.) are up and running. Maintain network operations, computer hardware, and/or software applications (e.g., servers (file, print, application, WEB, database, proxy, etc.), operating systems, etc.) for ensuring efficient operations. Monitor various aspects of network connectivity (LANs, WANs, and wireless) and servers (Exchange Servers and Internet Servers) to provide online and continuous services Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot problems and issues in devices and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure that these issues are solved. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous upgrades of systems, processes, practices, and new applications while considering international best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
