ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Provide vision to guide and enable the build out of all technologies necessary for the business to flourish
Evaluate and acquire great talent; interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Directly supervise employees by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s leadership philosophy, policies, and applicable laws
Align and optimize the growth of the business
Perform high level decision making
Create an environment that promotes high performance and positive morale
Adhere to company policies as described in employment handbook and company work rules
Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation within the department and between departments
Demonstrate strong project management skills
Exhibit outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Information Technology
Establish departmental goals/metrics and objectives to report progress on a regular basis
Manage third party vendors and ensure their compliance with the agreed service level agreements
Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet business objectives by developing the business case justifications and cost/benefits analyses for these requirements
Develop and implement policies, procedures that follows international IT best practices
Facilitate strategic initiatives, budget management, development, implementation, and maintenance of these systems through Life Cycle Management methodologies
Contribute to the company business continuity plan and develop the IT disaster recovery plan to minimize disruption to operations
Lead the effort of building the company’s applications requirements including ERP implementation and other standalone applications.
Conduct performance assessment on IT services including infrastructure and applications to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other needs
Implement the required IT security tools and services to protect company asset
Manage the IT projects lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, until closing.
Ensure compliance with applicable national and Local laws and regulations
Ensure IT services are meeting business acceptable availability and reliability level of service.
المهارات
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems and a minimum of twelve years of IT experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, three years of which must have been in a managerial capacity.
