Research and Development and QC Chemist (Specialty Chemicals & Resins)
Formulation of polyester resins, acrylic resins, adhesives, vinylester resins
Translate customer needs (for resin performance modifications) into useable products
Generate new ideas for new resins and other products
Quality control of resin raw materials and of resin finished products
Generate ideas for product-improvements in our existing range.
Liaison between technical and sales teams.
Understanding the chemistry of resins used in the coatings, composites, and adhesives sectors.
Gaining access to the technical teams at new customers.
Customer technical service and plant trials.
interact with low-skilled plant workers and with higher-level staff, in customer organisations for technical support requirements.
المهارات
Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Marketing and design experience preferred.
Proficient with computer design software including AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with project management.
