Responsibilities:
Support Maintenance Manager on day to day Maint. activities
Manage and responsible for consumable and parts ordering and creation of Material Requests, follow up
Repair as well as guide and manage a team to accomplish a repair or maintenance task with the group of people in his team.
Prepare daily Maintenance and breakdown report
Preparation of work schedule of the Maintenance staff on daily basis, priorities the repair work, and maintain their overtime roster on daily basis
Scheduling Preventive Maintenance of the equipment
Arrange resources for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for Staff
Implementation of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Strategy
To liaise with Procurement and Finance Department to prepare the monthly Consumable items report, Inventory reporting of the Region
Enter, Maintain record, and update record in COINS (ERP) regarding Maintenance, Inventory, M.R and Operations related information.
To perform his duties in accordance with industry standards adhering to the manufacturers guidelines and following the Plant Manual.
To keep the equipment under his responsibilities in good working condition, and to do the repairs and maintenances as and when it gets due and to document them in plant manual forms.
Ensure the timely and cost effective repair and maintenance of the equipment
Taking care of tools and machinery issued to work shop
المهارات
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor degree in relevant field / Technology.
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar work environment.
Strong scheduling and planning abilities
Skilled to maintenance department reports
knowledge of repair and maintenance of heavy lifting equipment, such as All terrain, Rought Terrain, and Crawler cranes
Excellent knowledge of Workshop and Warehouse procedure
Should be able to understand and interpret manufacturer manuals of the equipment.
Able to manage a team of maintenance staff and good leadership skills
Proficient in Ms. Office and ERP environment
