Job Description,
Good communications skills in English and / or Arabic, as the person would be working directly with baggage, so a lot of questions can come from customers, security and VI management. - PC knowledge the position uses a HMI system to manual scan baggage, additional must be able to write reports or give report on problem baggage. - Airport / BHS experience is an advantage, baggage is in integral part of airport operations and many KPIs is attached to how the baggage is managed.
