JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
The post holder is responsible for:
Becoming a super user for TMIS within TTC, using the system to effectively develop and maintain training plans
Maintaining all Statement of Requirement (SOTR) TMIS files
Coordinating with various departments for the production of TMIS data
Supervising and controlling all TMIS data inputs and reports relating to the TTC programme
Planning, organising and delivering TMIS training as required
RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
The post holder must have:
A degree preferably in Computer Studies/MS Office Applications
Good command of English language with minimum IELTS of 5.5 in all pillars.
Experience in resourcing/planning, preferably using a TMIS.
An understanding of administrating multiple non-related projects.
Ability to operate and communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
