Operation Manager
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for overall operational management and performance of Hub and delivery operations
Approved schedules for route plans
Make sure Teams achieving KPI & SLA of delivery & pickup
commitment
Managing budget of the staff vs the volume increase
Reassign responsibilities for the team and group based on change
in volumes or geography
Generate SOPs, Policy Operation among team and managers plus.
Managing P&L;Increase company culture that encourages by overseeing budgeting,
reporting, planning, and auditing.
Building Operation Yearly plan and get the approval from CEO for
execution by Work with the board of directors to determine values and
mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
Identify and address problems and opportunities to CEO
Support worker communication with the management team.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor
compliance with laws and regulations
. Monitor the clearance team daily work and set a clear SLA with
the operations team
Education and Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Business Admin or any related fields
Professional Experience and Special Skills:
(10) year of experience in Operation in Logistics field
Specialized Knowledge:
Budget management
People management
Getting high performance from the team
Acting on own initiative
Train & develop customer service about SOPs Operation
Building team capabilities.
Person Specification:
Any Arab Nationality
Able to work in Riyadh
