Administer the warranty policy in a cost effective manner while maintaining the best interests of dealership, manufacturer and customer.
Oversee stage inspection & quality of repair as per manufacturer’s standard in order to ensure all repairs and works adhere to the quality standards established by the company and to international standards.
Monitor the financial performance of the Quality Control activity against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Organise the job allocation in a proper way for optimum utilisation of the workshop facility and manpower.
Manage the delivery of vehicle with full adherence to stated guidelines and monitor if the job costing is performed properly in order to ensure the highest level of performance.
· Ensure preservation of facilities, equipment, tools as per requirement of the workshop to meet set financial and customer service objectives .
