الوصف الوظيفي 1. Oversee the delivery of Instrument & Control System engineering services to Affiliate Projects as part of the project team. 2. Manage the design execution of Affiliate Projects by planning during engineering phase and controlling throughout the design stages with the objective of delivering the design packages within budget, timeline and the required quality. 3. Carryout design & engineering work for Affiliate Projects, for the Instrument & Control System Discipline. 4. Preparation of Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering Design (DEP), Material Requisition for Equipment, ITB for EPC Contractors and Technical Bid Analysis. 5. Prepare Engineering Deliverables during FEED & Detail Engineering for Instrument & Control System Projects. 6. Develop Engineering Deliverables for FEED & Detail Engineering by utilizing the support of in-house Design & CAD Services. 7. Support the execution of Affiliate Projects during design & engineering, bidding & procurement, construction and testing phases by responding to the technical clarifications, engineering reviews & evaluations etc. as required by the project. 8. Prepare basic documents, mark-up drawings / sketches and BOM to provide good understanding of the scope. Preparation of Control Schematics, Instrument Loop & Logic Diagrams, Cable tray/Instrument Location Layouts, and Material Take off (MTO). 9. Prepare Design Document (Scope of Work, Equipment Specification and Instrumentation Drawings such as Loop Diagram, Block Diagrams, Network Diagram, Hookup drawings, Panel Drawings. 10. Prepare material specifications, data sheets and functional specifications. 11. Prepare technical requisitions with engineering and material deliverables and work requirements. 12. Carryout engineering calculations, equipment and system sizing. 13. Carryout technology selection for items related to discipline, material selection etc. 14. Review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by external agencies. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, computer-generated reports and design calculations. 15. Participate in cross discipline reviews of design, engineering and scope packages. 16. Participate in HAZOP studies conducted during detail engineering. 17. Define testing requirements, material and functional. 18. Participate & witness functional factory testing and site testing (FAT & SAT). 19. Knowledge of SABIC Engineering Specifications & applicable Industry Standards and Codes (e.g. ISA, API). 20. Knowledge with engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, engineering standards specs and codes. 21. Knowledge of NEC, IEC, DIN, API, ISA, American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME), Process Industry Practices (PIP) and American Gas Association (AGA) are required. 22. Knowledge of PC & engineering software related to the discipline. المهارات 24.
