As a Field Specialist you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity / quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields. Partner with the best As a Field Specialist, you will perform installation/pulling of complex Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore oil and water wells. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for: · Installing advanced ESP system, such as Y-Tools, POD system...etc. · Monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment · Assisting with the set-up, troubleshooting and startup of Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s · Handling special projects · Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a Bachelor’s degree of electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent. · Have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ESP installations/pullout and operating ESPs for gassy application wells. · Have good experience and knowledge of analyzing data and understand the reservoir with high GOR (Gassy Wells). · Expert in Commissioning and troubleshooting Variable Speed Drive “Baker, GE and SLB”. · Have good experience in DH gauges installations and troubleshooting. · Have industry experience and product line training · Have excellent communication skills · Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone. · This role is a shift based working pattern.
