الوصف الوظيفي 1.Supports the planning and estimating stage of projects to design and ensure the most efficient, safe and economic form system are incorporated and implemented into the project. * Supervises and directs the activity and development with regard to the technical aspects of formwork design/layout, forming materials, system selection and proper implementation. 2.Oversees and coordinates material purchases, deliveries, tracking and forecasting ensuring maximum utilization of physical resources. * Stays abreast of innovative developments and incorporates these advancements in the development and design of new forming systems/equipment intended to expand productivity, capabilities and market share. * Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency. * Works in cooperation with other office personnel to negotiate and execute sales contracts consistent with policies 3.Performs other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization * Contributes to the projects safety goals by reducing hazards during the design planning state ensuring that all formwork systems meet construction and safety standards. * Assists with the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules and promotes their efficient us المهارات Job Knowledge & Skills * Advanced knowledge of BIM Modeling and AutoCAD * Knowledge using IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided Design software. * Demonstrable knowledge and implementation experience of Enterprise Application Architectures/Integration and associated patterns * Demonstrated track record of project execution and delivery. -Experience in Malls , Mega projects , prefer to has experience in Eng Consultancy Firms -Resident Engineer age not exceed 50 years. -we will consider a Saudi candidates also . تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/design-manager-architecture-4509746/ |
