Foodics is looking to hire an Applications Manager to be reporting to the Information Technology Manager-KSA, and be responsible for the Application Portfolio of Foodics, the role’s ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional Employee experiences across Application Portfolio, ensuring staff are equipped with the right tools and know-how to consistently deliver a stellar customer experience and support’ If you are someone who has solid experience in the SaaS world, energetic, independent, with a strong business acumen and would like to play an instrumental role in the success of our organization as a whole, we would love to meet YOU! Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Business Optimization (Liaise with internal business stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop business process solutions maintaining system integrity & security. Business Process Mining developing Robotic Process Automation Program. Develop project scopes & manage project delivery effectively, ensuring communication,documentation & change management. Collaborate with other Internal Technical teams. Analyze & deploy system UI customizations) System Maintenance (Security ‘Access rights’, Master Data Management, Workflows, Redundancy & Disaster Recovery, Database Maintenance & Cleansing, Proactive & Reactive Diagnostics & Troubleshooting. Liaise with IT Infrastructure team for Infrastructure requirements and enhancements projects) System Configuration & Management ( Manage Vendors, Implementers & 3rd party service providers. Lead designs, builds, tests, UATs & deploys of Enhancements. Identify new/custom objects, security controls, user roles & permissions related to Enhancements or update existing. Manage Proactive Reactive Plans to identify & address data/system errors ensuring maximum data quality, and deploying quality control systems to analyze data integrity.
