الوصف الوظيفي business catering marketing strategies including but not limited to improving and organizing the catering organization, improve presentation, upgrade efficiency, increase sales, targets clients and managing the overall operations of a catering company. Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to: · Develop business catering marketing strategies to achieve all sales to meet company goals. · Overseeing and managing all catering operation services to meet/exceed company goal and budget. · Conduct regular meetings in order to monitor team progress, to review upcoming events. · Oversees contract negotiations with clients/group organizers in accordance with company policy, including the preparation of all contracting documents. · Work with the team on negotiating strategies to maximize and secure sales. · Identify through market intelligence any business trends, new market segments and marketing opportunities that can improve overall performance · Develop, implement and monitor sales processes to ensure that the company is competitive in all banquet and catering aspects. · Cultivate strong client relationships/partnerships ensuring client satisfaction. · Recommend new sales, service, menu and pricing strategies to meet changing business environments and lead and manage the execution of these strategies with the relevant personnel. · Develop and administer relevant financial and sales activity reports, analyzing and forecasting monthly revenue trends, track lost and turned down business, be decisive in altering the sales direction as and when required. · Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned. المهارات · Minimum 15 years of experience which out of minimum 7 years as GM in catering management with a proven track record. · Has degree related · Has experience in leadership, planning, budget development, problem solving, communication and training is essential for this position. · Well familiar and known with catering business and operation · Experience in analyzing/forecasting revenue trends and developing annual budgets. · Experience in developing sales strategy and achieving revenue goals. · Excellent oral and written business communication and interpersonal skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/catering-hospitality-general-manager-4507731/ |
