Key Accountability:
Ensure excellent product knowledge, correct conversion and guided trial techniques while building relationships with consumers to assist them through their journey
Transition from offering product knowledge to sales while ensuring all correct invoicing is provided to consumers on purchase
Understand the customer care process & the warranty/subscription policies as to best inform and assist customers
Achieve the set target and KPIs as per area objectives ensuring ideal consumer satisfaction
Manage product assets including but not limited to units status, stocks availability/visibility & cash
Conduct 1-2-1 or 1-2-Many interactions and guided trials with the correct techniques utilizing the tool box provided to ensure the best possible interaction
Provide timely feedback on overall interactions and come up with new ways of working to further enhance the consumer experience
Efficiently use the business tools including but not limited to the IT tools while ensuring that all inputted fields in the later are done correctly/accurately & Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on the systems when relevant
Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies, procedures and applicable laws in KSA. Cooperate with all members of the Area team to ensure proactive internal communications, effective teamwork and participate actively in the development of the all members of the Department
Monitor and report on all relevant market information, including competitor intelligence, to improve the Company’s understanding of trade developments and to provide an awareness leading to the development of appropriate strategies.

College/University Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.

Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience:
Min 1 Year’s relevant experience, with preferred experience in market, sales, retails or trade development.
