Responsible for the administrative and clinical operations of the Nursing and Allied Health Departments to include leadership/participation in strategic planning, business development; programme evaluation, mentoring and general operations. Responsible for the implementation and delivery of age appropriate patient care congruent with the mission, vision and values of the Organisation. Responsible for ensuring nursing/allied health staff adhere to their Professional Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice of the Saudi regulatory body. Manages clinical and operational activities and ensure the provision of optimum clinical care, customer satisfaction and patient safety. Leads the Nurse/Allied Health Team and is responsible for the overall nursing and allied health management, service delivery and evaluation of their clinical departments.
Required Skills and Knowledge
• Hospital Environment Management experience preferably as Director of Nursing
• Acute Care Nurse with 5 years working experience in Emergency or ICU.
• ACLS, BLS,
• Working knowledge of the principles of Nursing
• Ability to coordinate and manage clinical and allied health teams
• Management of continuous education and quality management programs
