The primary focus in this role is on customer orders and material planning to production. You are responsible to establish end to end Material planning process.

Description
Ensure the right capacity and capability in place to material and deliver end products to customer. Ensure sales orders, inventories and material plans are properly managed including close monitoring of excess, slow moving, aging and phase-in and phased-out models.Develop a robust 12-month material plan to ensure appropriate level of product availability to support the sales and increase customer service levelExecuting the agreed standard material planning processes, supporting the implementation of new projects and tools to ensure continuity of excellent material planWork with Demand Planner & Customer Care to establish Material Level Agreements that secure material with an appropriate balance between risk, opportunity and flexibilityDevelop continuous improvement activities to drive planning excellence through efficiency in capacity plan. Single point of contact to operation planning.Super User Activity related to future SAP roll out.Take the lead on overall Long Term Capacity Plan for the factory & proactively set Business Terms and achieve lead time reductions.Pro-actively identify and report capacity & inventory riskCreate material strategy and identify capability needs aligned to the business strategy and establishing the material foundations that will enable future growthPlay a key role in facilitating emergent issues that impact on schedule and commitment. Work with functional team to find solutions and perform root-cause and gap analysis.Establish planning control check point and processes to drive and uphold commitment & material integrityPrepare RCCP overviews to drive S&OP;meeting with Business, Operations and Finance to determine mid to long term business & operation strategyAchieve FG inventory target set by Group, manage safety stocks & goods movementImprove material service level through administering operational terms & criteria, material planning efficiency & flexibility, capacity optimization and lead-time reductionImplement mechanism to capture exceptional orders, cost, and risk of order changes impact to capacity and recommend solutions.Strengthen MIP and material planning rules to stabilise schedule and increase overall SC service level
Profile
Supply Chain, Business / Commercial or related bachelor’s degreeMinimum 2 years of experience in Planning rolesFood manufacturing experience is preferableAdvanced MS Office and systems skillsSAP experience is preferableEnglish language proficiency
