Stock control of raw and packaging materials and finished goods including and not limited to: stock replenishment, maintain accurate stock entry and issuing record on ERP system and performing all accounting records, requirements as well as any other related tasks as directed by chief accountant

Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and shortages and place orders or purchase requests to replenish needed materials
Create, enter and manage the documentation cycle for purchased materials (material card creation, stock adjustment, supplier information, PO, invoices and costing) into ERP databases and issue to concerned parties as needed
Track shipments and address any delays
Oversee storage of products to maintain ideal storage conditions, particularly of fragile items
Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate lowest prices
Coordinate regular inventory audits
Liaise with warehouse, production, QC and other internal teams to test received materials’ quality
Keep daily updated inventory records of all stocks including, released for production, in transit and other categories
Issue invoices for finished goods
