Managing products’ positioning, pricing, and help translate (YMC) campaigns into reality, in addition to monitoring and follow the profitability of the products, managing the product concept, and managing the relationship with the Advertising Agencies.
Key Accountabilities:
Study products’ positioning vs. competition for each category
Coordinate product development internally (inter-departments) and externally (ad agencies, graphic designers, etc.)
Assist in developing and evolving the yearly marketing plan, meeting the long-term objectives of the company
Collect and analyze sales and distribution data from the market and compare them to annual budget requirements
Prepare local statistics and market research data relevant to the different brands including competitive review.
Define the product strategy and road map, and the execution processes.
Recommend and implement annual products objectives, advertising and promotional objectives and conduct market audits.
Review advertising campaigns objectives and actual deliveries compared to plan
Evaluate how changes in product positioning will impact sales, volumes, expenses, and profitability
Implement public relation activities in coordination with management
Supervise market intelligence and translate data into information toward product and market development in coordination with management.
Initiating new product developments, managing the development, & launching to market
Track products’ budgeted expenses and ensure successful achievement
Submit weekly reports reflecting competitive activities with recommendation toward product/market enhancement in coordination with management.
Submit monthly reports on the development of all products performance

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related majors
3 - 5 Years of previous experience
