Plan and manage the budget for the section.
Manage the preparation of a comprehensive Case File for all lawsuits, including the required documents.
Prepare a comprehensive Case File for all lawsuits, including the required documents, coordination with the concerned stakeholders legal and update the Director, Administration & Legal.
Ensure that the company is well represented in all hearings and stay updated on the proceedings/status.
Attend all hearings and plead the case, as advised by Director, Administration & Legal, and represent the company in the best possible manner.
Follow-up and collect verdicts and submit to the Director, Administration & Legal and follow up on the status of second party appeals.
Support the Director, Administration & Legal to ensure that all verdicts are executed. The follow-up to ensure that all verdicts are executed.
Brief and re-cap to the Director, Administration & Legal on all handled cases and hearings.
Stay updated with all legal regulations that impact the business and immediately communicate to the Director, Administration & Legal.
Support User departments by providing clarity on all legal regulations, acts, rules, etc.
Assist the Director, Administration & Legal in reviewing draft contracts referred by User departments and provide legal advice and highlight all issues that might lead to potential risks or future disputes.
Support the Director, Administration & Legal in providing legal consultation and advice to user departments in cases of contractual disputes, contract breakage, etc.
