As an IT Manager-Help Desk. Infrastructure, you will:
Managing and supporting a team of help desk technicians.Managing outsource support teamEstablish best practices through the entire technical support processFollow up with Business Users to identify areas of improvementDevelop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivityMonitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management.Communicating with Users and providing in-person and phone support, if required.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Desirable skills and background:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as a Help Desk Manager or in a technical support role.Prior experience in fashion Retail IndustryAbility to work under pressure.Hands-on experience for supporting Windows Client Operating systemGood analytical, debugging, communication skills and ability to quickly learn new technologiesSupport Experience on Fortinet VPN Client, VPN Client, Active DirectoryITIL Certified
