Parsons are currently hiring for an Industrial Coordinator to join our team in Jazan, KSA.
Job Overview
Responsible for Industry Coordination to all existing Primary & Secondary Industries in operation and under construction including all new Industries that have executed the Industrial Land Lease Contract in JCPDI City to ensure successful operation and construction of their facilities up to commissioning and full sustained commercial operation.

Major Activities Performed:
• Responsible for Industry Coordination to all existing Primary & Secondary Industries in operation and under construction including all new Industries that have executed the Industrial Land Lease Contract in JCPDI City to ensure successful operation and construction of their facilities up to commissioning and full sustained commercial operation.
• Reviews optimal product and service portfolio for the city to maximize synergies and promote clustering. Prepares and assesses opportunities in the city for petrochemical/energy-intensive industries to promote and build out the cluster programs.
• Conducts economic and technical analysis of potential cluster opportunities, reports on findings, and meets with the department in order to obtain the needed feedback.
• Process and issue approvals for Encroachment Permits for various scopes of Works submitted by Primary Industries, Secondary Industries, and other stakeholders in JCPDI City including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Marafiq, Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and Saline Water Conversion Corp. (SWCC).
• Meet with the operational industries in a regular basis to determine their needs and requirements from the Royal Commission and coordinate with them about new procedures and updates.
• Coordinate with the utility provider and other organizations in the city such as: SEC, Marafiq, STC, Saudi Aramco and Ma aden, the Saudi Seaport Authority (SEAPA), etc.
• Performs day-to-day coordination with the aforesaid industries and stakeholders in relation to their project expansion requirements, safety and environmental issues, permit requirements.
• Updates Industrial Investment Quarterly Report periodically, and other reports as requested by the RC management.
• Provides industrial data/input to RC concerned departments, as requested.
Experience and Qualifications:
• University/College graduate with Bachelor s Degree of Science in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master s Degree in an Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience within a major industrial complex.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience within a petrochemical industrial plant is preferred.
• Good knowledge of discipline engineering techniques and the design and operation of engineered systems.
• Proven ability to interface with and coordinate a variety of industrial operating companies across petrochemical and minerals industries.
• Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a plus.
